Stericlin® see-through pouches meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 11607 and DIN 868-5 and are the universal packaging system for sterilization. Three indicators are printed outside the filling area: STEAM, EO and FORM.

Flat and Gusseted

The system combines the sterilization-technical advantages of flexible packaging (non-woven fabric) with the facilitation of see-through packaging. The high air and steam permeability allows the use of large and absorbent loads. Due to mechanical strength, heavy instruments can also be safely packaged.

Non Woven

The Stericlin® sterile barrier system is first choice in gas sterilization, as Tyvek® and the composite film hardly absorb the toxic gases and enable residual gases to be far below specified limits. Stericlin® see-through packaging meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 11607 and EN 868-9.

Tyvek

Stericlin® wrapping material made of non-woven polypropylene (SMS) are extremely tear-resistant, robust and drapable non-woven, made of pure synthetic fibers, which are suitable for all types of wrapping material.

Wrapping Materials

Stericlin 650DE Sealer

Easy and safe packaging – no sealing device needed with Stericlin® Self Seal Pouches. The medical grade paper forms an effective barrier against germs but is permeable to air, vapor and sterilizing gases. Dual indicators (type 1) for STEAM and EO sterilization can be found inside and outside the filling area.

Self Seal Pouches

Stericlin® offers a wide range of suitable cleaning brushes for various applications and instrument types. The range also includes aids such as holder and cleaning pads which further support the sterilization process.
