Newster uses FHT (Frictional Heat Treatment Technology). Inside a closed sterilization chamber, a powerful rotor fitted with blades treats the waste by impact and friction, grinding it finely, to reach the temperature of 150°C. The energy produced induces the temperature required for sterilization, therefore the process does not require pressure steam inside the chamber. The Newster NW5 machine was designed for use in small hospitals. NW5 is designed to allow the system to work for several shifts.

The energy produced induces the temperature required for sterilization, thus the process does not require pressure steam inside the chamber. NW15 has a new design with a clean new look, including a new discharge device that is very easy to maneuver. The Newster NW15 machine is designed for use in medium size hospitals. The design allows the system to work for several shifts.

The energy produced induces the temperature required for sterilization, therefore the process does not require pressure steam inside the chamber. The Newster NW50 machine is designed for use in large hospitals and by waste disposers. The design allows the system to work for several shifts. A water recycling system guarantees maximum effectiveness, safety and work continuity, further reducing running costs. The system can be equipped with an automatic loader.

Newster Sterilbox is a machine used to wash and sanitize hospital waste containers made in special plastic materials. The ultraviolet lamps have a microbiocidal action and sterilize the surfaces, liquids and air inside the washing chamber. The bactericidal activity of the ultraviolet radiation inactivates the DNA and RNA nucleic acids of cells, acting on the pyrimidine bases (thymine, cytosine, uracil) to trigger the formation of atypical dimers that destabilize the hydrogen bond with the complementary bases and impede the normal replication processes of the nucleic acids. The position of the lamps ensures uniform irradiation in the entire compartment, thereby guaranteeing the exposure of all container surfaces to the germicidal action of the ultraviolet lamps.

NEWSTER® SWT – Safe Water Treatment is a system for the disinfection of hospital sewage water. It has been specially designed for a final mechanical treatment of waste water deriving from infectious-disease hospital wards. The system uses a special grinder to dispel all organic material and eventually grinds all other materials present in the waste water. On-site installation is possible to meet the needs of hospital sewage disposal of small-sized hospitals and those lacking connection to sewage collection networks and purification systems.

NEWSTER® PURA CO3MPACT technology allows to treat laboratory wastewater by the introduction of the relative liquid component into the public sewer, with an organic and inorganic pollutants removal greater than 90% and a complete removal of biologic hazards. Thanks to its small size, automatic operations, and the need of minimal maintenance, this is ideal to be installed inside hospitals and medical laboratories.
PURA Co3mpact
NEWSTER® PURA CO3MPACT technology allows to treat laboratory wastewater to allow the introduction of the relative liquid component into the public sewer, with an organic and inorganic pollutants by removing more than 90% and a complete removal of biologic hazards. With the added benefit of Ozone, it is possible to disinfect the water; combining it with hydrogen peroxide, an advanced oxidation reaction AOP is carried out with the aim to oxidize the organic and inorganic matter (chemical pollutants derived from the reagents of the analysis), transforming them into naturally biodegradable molecules.
PURA Co3mpact Plus
PURA LAB 4.0 is specific for medium/large laboratories and external centralized plants. The process is a batch treatment and the final layout depends on both the volume and the characteristics of the fluid waste. The plant usually consists of a pre-treatment module, a chemical advanced oxidation phase, a sludge separation and a final filtration. The cycle utilizes a customized Fenton reaction. At the end of the advanced oxidation reaction, the pH is neutralized, so the solid particles precipitate. The sludge is separated from the water. It is then slowly pumped into the filtration module for the drying phase. The final clarification phase of the water consists of a double step treatment: mechanical filter and activated carbon. The clarified water is transferred to a final tank before being discharged.
